Terms of Service

Under Australian law, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol, create an allocation account, or participate in estate wine tastings. By placing an order or booking an experience, you confirm and warrant that you and any recipients or guests are at least 18 years old.

Cavaro Estate strictly enforces the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) protocols. Our sommeliers and estate staff reserve the absolute right to refuse service or tasting access to any individual who appears intoxicated, fails to present valid government-issued photographic identification, or exhibits disruptive conduct on estate grounds.

To preserve tranquility and intimate terroir immersion, Cavaro Estate operates strictly on a private reservation basis. Walk-in visits cannot be accommodated.

• Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of booking authorisation and pre-payment or deposit confirmation via our Guest Portal.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or reschedule requests made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival receive a 100% refund or credit voucher. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% retainer fee to cover sommelier curation and culinary preparations.
• Punctuality: Private estate tours and barrel masterclasses commence promptly. Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may have their itinerary shortened to avoid impacting subsequent private appointments.
• Weather & Terroir Contingencies: In the event of severe weather or harvest operations affecting outdoor terrace access, tasting experiences will be seamlessly transitioned into the historic subterranean barrel cellar.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the Wine Equalisation Tax (WET), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Due to limited vintage yields, certain Single-Block and Reserve bottles are strictly allocated on a first-confirmed basis. Cavaro Estate reserves the right to cap purchase quantities per patron or allocation tier. In the rare event of stock discrepancy, affected orders will be refunded immediately in full.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and encrypted digital wallets via our secure, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway. Card details are never stored directly on our servers.

We dispatch wine deliveries via temperature-controlled carriers and specialised wine logistics partners across Australia and approved international customs jurisdictions.

• Signature Required: A person aged 18 or over must be present to sign for delivery and provide identification if requested by the courier. Packages cannot be left unattended if the recipient's legal drinking age cannot be verified.
• Extreme Weather Holds: During periods of extreme summer heatwave (temperatures exceeding 35°C), we automatically place shipments on weather hold in our temperature-managed cellars until transit conditions are optimal for wine preservation.
• Breakage Guarantee: Every shipment is fully insured. If any bottle is broken or damaged during transit, notify our concierge within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will promptly dispatch an express replacement or issue a full refund.

All visual identities, vector emblems, typography, brand marks, photography, video materials, tasting journals, and software code associated with Cavaro Estate are the exclusive intellectual property of Cavaro Estate Pty Ltd and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

No content from this website or physical estate collateral may be reproduced, redistributed, scraped, or commercially exploited without prior written authorisation from Cavaro Estate.

These Terms of Service and any contractual relationships arising from your interactions with Cavaro Estate are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of these terms or your estate visit.
